  • 50g melted butter (unsalted)
  • 150g oats, blended into flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes and melted butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oat flour until a soft, workable dough forms. If using honey, add it here and mix well.
