For the Chicken:
- 400g chicken thigh fillets (boneless, skinless β cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 tbs garlic ginger paste
- 1 tsp chilli flakes (adjust to heat preference)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions (sliced β separate white & green parts)
For the Chilli Bok Choy:
- 2 bok choy clusters (halved or quartered lengthwise)
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 garlic clove (finely sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
To Serve:
- 2 cups cooked white rice
